In early July, AAO representatives will be featured in a plenary session within the Partnerships for Change track at the UIA World Congress in Copenhagen. In addition to the Congress program, we are excited for the opportunity to tour the new So Danish! permanent exhibition at the Danish Architecture Center, and to meet with representatives from an emerging alliance of Nordic architecture organizations.

One Tampa, Luxury tower, is rising near the Tampa Riverwalk
ONE TAMPA will soar 42 stories to become the most iconic new luxury address in the Downtown Tampa skyline. The future tower includes 225 luxury condo residences located just across from the highly active Curtis Hixon Park Waterfront Park and the Tampa Riverwalk at 507 N. Ashley Drive.

AIA Tampa Bay held it’s Ribbon cutting on May 31st!
Situated in the heart of the community, the recently inaugurated Center for Architecture and Design offers a place where people of all ages can actively engage in community-driven design activities and it is also the official home of the American Institute of Architects Tampa Bay.
The grand opening celebration took place on May 31st, featuring an exclusive preview of the new exhibition, "Building West Tampa." Distinguished individuals, including the mayor, city leaders, and council members, delivered speeches before the ceremonial ribbon-cutting.
The Center for Architecture and Design boasts versatile spaces for various organized activities, as well as flexible areas suitable for meetings and private rentals.
